GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (Remote Betting)
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the operation of the GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, and 5/70 lottery games ("Game"), conducted under the Grand Dragon Lottery ("GDLotto") brand. The Game is operated by Redstar Lotus Nigeria Limited ("Company"), a licensed lottery operator.
The Company's registered office is located at: No. 56, Toyin Street, Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Redstar Lotus Nigeria Limited operates under a license issued by the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority ("LSLGA"), authorizing both retail and online lottery operations.
The following rules are established by Redstar Lotus Nigeria Limited for the Games:

General
- Applicability: These GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (Remote Betting) apply to Participants who place Bets using the Account Betting System. These rules are subject to the provisions of the GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (General), whose definitions are also applicable to this document
- Company's Discretion: The Company reserves the sole and absolute right to reject, either wholly or partially, any Bets placed or requests for the placing of Bets, notwithstanding any provision in the GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (General) to the contrary.

Eligibility:
Only an Account Holder may place Bets using the Account Betting System. By placing a Bet, the Account Holder confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following:
- Account Opening and Operating Terms and Conditions,
- Betting Website Terms and Conditions, and

GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (General).
- Authority of Bet Placement: Bets placed using an Account Holder’s Account are deemed to have been authorized by the Account Holder. The Company has no obligation to verify whether the individual placing the Bet is the Account Holder or acting on their behalf.
- Accuracy and Responsibility: The Account Holder is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all Bet details placed via the Account Betting System. The Company is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred by the Account Holder due to errors, delays, or failures in Bet placement, regardless of the cause.
- Stake Limits: All Bets placed through the Account Betting System are subject to maximum and minimum Stake limits as determined by the Company and may be revised from time to time.

KYC and Account Verification

Account Creation Requirements:

To register for an Account and participate in the GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game via the Account Betting System, the following information and documentation are required:
- Full Name (as per government-issued ID)
- Date of Birth (to confirm legal gambling age)
- Residential Address
- Mobile Number (for OTP verification)

Valid Identification Document (e.g., National ID, Passport, Driver’s License)

Verification Process:
- Upon account creation, the Account Holder’s mobile number will be verified via an OTP sent to the registered number. The Account Holder must enter the OTP to activate the Account.
- The Company reserves the right to request additional identification documents at any time to verify the Account Holder’s identity, age, and residency, especially for high-value transactions or prize claims.

The Company will review and verify all submitted documents. If discrepancies or fraudulent activity are detected, the Account may be suspended.

Fraud Monitoring and Compliance:

The Company actively monitors all Accounts for suspicious activity, including but not limited to:
- Multiple Accounts linked to the same identity
- Unusual betting patterns
- Potential fraudulent transactions
- Accounts under investigation may be temporarily suspended pending review.
- The Company complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation to meet regulatory obligations.

Account Security and Fraud Prevention

Account Security Responsibilities:
- The Account Holder is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username, password, and any other security-related information associated with the Account.

The Account Holder must ensure that their Account information is not shared with any unauthorized individuals. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited, and any actions performed under the Account Holder’s login will be deemed to have been carried out by the Account Holder.

Password Guidelines:
- The Company strongly recommends that the Account Holder uses a strong, unique password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

The Account Holder is encouraged to regularly update their password and avoid reusing passwords across multiple platforms to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) (if applicable):
- For enhanced security, the Company may offer Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), requiring a secondary verification method (e.g., OTP sent to the registered mobile number) for login and critical actions such as bet placement or withdrawals.

The Account Holder is strongly encouraged to activate 2FA to enhance their Account

Fraud Detection and Monitoring:

The Company utilizes advanced fraud detection systems to identify and monitor suspicious activities, including but not limited to:
- Unusual betting patterns (e.g., rapid bet placements, high-value bets).
- Multiple failed login attempts.
- Bets placed from devices or geographic locations inconsistent with the Account Holder’s usual activity.
- If suspicious activity is detected, the Company reserves the right to temporarily freeze the Account until the activity is reviewed and verified.

The Company may request additional identification documents to verify the Account Holder’s identity before reinstating access to the Account.

Reporting Suspicious Activity:
- If the Account Holder suspects their Account has been compromised or notices unauthorized activity, they must immediately report it to the Company via the official support channels. The Account Holder must promptly change their password and secure their Account.

The Company will investigate all reported cases of unauthorized access and take reasonable measures to resolve the issue. However, the Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the Account Holder’s

Account Suspension and Termination:
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account suspected of fraudulent activities or violations of the Terms and Rules.

In cases of termination due to fraudulent activity, any funds or winnings in the Account may be forfeited, and the Account Holder may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Data Protection:
- All personal and Account-related data will be securely protected in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Sensitive information will be encrypted and stored securely by the Company.
- Personal data will only be disclosed to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required by law.

Placing a Bet Remotely

Procedures: To place a Bet remotely using Account Betting System, the Account Holder must comply with the following procedures and any other instructions that are issued by the Company on the Betting Website from time to time:-
- Log into the Account Betting System via the Betting Website, and proceed to the Lottery webpage to select the relevant option(s).

Login Credentials:
- If the Account Holder’s Account was created through the Authorized Agent channel, they can log in using the mobile number associated with their Ticket.
- Alternatively, the Account Holder can log in using their GDPoints login mobile number.
- If the Account Holder’s Account is created through the Authorised Agent channel, they can log in using the mobile number associated with their Ticket. Alternatively, the Account Holder can use their GDPoints login mobile number to log in.
- OTP Authentication: A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to the Account Holder's registered Nigerian mobile number, which must be entered for authentication.
- Bet Selection: The Account Holder shall select from the options provided by the Company at the time of placing the Bet.
- Combination Limit: The Account Holder is only allowed to place up to the prescribed maximum combination of bets as specified by the Company from time to time.

Details Required: To place a Bet, the Account Holder must provide the following details according to the instructions on the Account Betting System:

Game Type:
- Select the type of game to play: 5/90, 5/80, or 5/70 Game.
- Choose either Straight Play or PERM Play.

Bet Numbers:
- Enter the number combination(s) for the Bet.
- Alternatively, use the Lucky Pick option for automatically selected numbers.

Draw Details:
- Specify the Relevant Draw date(s).
- Provide the Relevant Draw number(s).

Stake Amount:
- Enter the Stake amount, ensuring it complies with the limits and terms set by the Company.
- For details regarding Stake amounts, betting limits, and combinations, refer to the GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (General).

Bet Processing:
- The Account Holder must remain on the page while the Bet is being processed.
- Wait for confirmation to verify whether the Bet has been accepted.

Offer to the Company:
- By clicking “Place Bet” or “Accept,” the Account Holder is deemed to have made an offer to the Company for the selected Bet option(s).

Stake Deduction:
- The Company will deduct the Stake amount from the Account
- f some or all selected Bets are unavailable, sold out, or exceed the limit set by the Company, the Company may offer alternative Bets or provide details on the available betting limits. The Account Holder can choose to accept the alternative Bets or modify their selections accordingly.
- By placing a wager through the Account Betting System, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to accept any alternative Bets or adjusted betting limits offered by the Company if the original selection is unavailable, sold out, or exceeds the limits set by the Company.

Incomplete Payment:
- If the Stake amount cannot be fully deducted, the Company will declare the Bet invalid and reject it.
- The Company may, at its discretion, make a counter-offer to the Account Holder.

Valid Bet:

A Bet is deemed valid and accepted only if full payment for the Stake has been made for the Relevant Draw.

Terms of Agreement:
By clicking “Place Bet” or “Accept,” the Account Holder confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by:

Betting Website’s Terms and Conditions

Payment for Bets:
Payment for Bets will be deducted from the funds available in the Account.
- If there are insufficient funds in the Account, payment will be made through a direct debit arrangement, provided the Account Holder has opted for this payment method.

Payment Options, Procedures and Dispute Resolution

Available Payment Methods:
The following payment methods are available for depositing funds into the Account Holder’s Account:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank Transfers
- Mobile Payments (e.g., USSD, mobile money)
- E-wallets (linked to the Account Holder’s mobile number)

GDPoints: Eligible bets may be paid using accumulated GDPoints, subject to the GDPoints Loyalty Program rules.

Depositing Funds:
- Funds can be deposited via the Deposit section on the Betting Website or mobile app.
- A minimum deposit amount is required. The Company reserves the right to adjust this amount periodically, and the current minimum deposit will be displayed in the Account Betting System.

Deposits are processed immediately, and the Account balance is updated accordingly. The Company may verify deposits or request additional documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Insufficient Funds:
- If the Account Holder has insufficient funds to cover a Bet, the transaction will fail, and no Bet will be placed.
- The Account Holder will be notified of the insufficient funds via the Betting Website or app. However, the Company cannot guarantee that the notification will always be delivered due to potential technical issues.

No funds will be deducted unless the Bet is successfully placed.

Automatic Stake Deduction:
- Once a Bet is placed, the stake amount, determined by the selected Bets and the chosen stake (minimum 5 Naira per line), will be deducted automatically from the available Account balance.

If the full stake amount cannot be deducted due to insufficient funds or technical issues, the Bet will be declared invalid, and no further attempts will be made to place the Bet.

Failed Payments:
- In the event of a failed payment (e.g., unsuccessful card transaction or interrupted bank transfer), the Company will notify the Account Holder.
- The Account Holder must resolve the issue with their payment provider and reattempt the transaction.

Multiple failed payment attempts may result in temporary suspension of the affected payment method until the issue is resolved.

Withdrawal of Winnings:

For details regarding the withdrawal of winnings, please refer to Section 8 (Payment of Winnings) of this agreement.

Unresolved Payment Issues:
- For unresolved payment issues (e.g., funds not credited or delayed withdrawals), the Account Holder should contact the Company’s customer service. The Company will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

Proof of transaction (e.g., bank statement or mobile payment confirmation) may be required to resolve disputes regarding payments.
-
Security and Fraud Prevention:
- All payment transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption and fraud prevention measures.
- The Company reserves the right to investigate suspicious payment activities. If fraudulent activity is detected, the Account may be suspended or terminated, and funds may be frozen pending further investigation.

Transaction Records for Remote Betting

Availability of Transaction History:

The Company shall provide access to the Transaction History of Bets to the Account Holder through the Account Betting System, accessible via the Betting Website or other authorized digital platforms.

Details of Bet Transactions:
- All valid and successful Bet transactions, as recorded in the Company’s computer systems, will be displayed in the “Transaction History” section of the Account Holder’s “My Account” page.

The Account Holder should review the Transaction History to confirm whether a Bet placed or intended to be placed has been successfully accepted by the Company.
-
Processing and Updating Limitations:
- The Account Holder acknowledges that due to technical limitations, the Transaction History may not be updated immediately after Bet placement.
-
Any interim information displayed in the Transaction History before full processing and updating may not accurately reflect the current status of transactions and shall not be binding on the Company.
-
Responsibility for Checking Transaction History:
- The Account Holder is responsible for reviewing their Transaction History for any errors, omissions, or discrepancies.
- Any disputes or errors regarding Bet details must be reported to the Company within sixty (60) minutes (or any other timeframe specified by the Company) before the commencement of the Relevant Draw.

If no notification is made within this timeframe, the details in the Transaction History shall be deemed correct and accepted by the Account Holder.

Binding Information:
- The data and information recorded in the Company’s computer systems for all Bets placed through the Account Betting System shall be final and binding on the Account Holder, except in cases of proven error or fraud.

Loyalty Points Accumulation and Redemption

Automatic Membership:
-
All GD members are automatically enrolled as GDPoints members. GDPoints balances and features are accessible via the Betting Website and GDPoints Website at gdpoints.ng using the same login credentials.

Eligibility for Points:
- Online Accumulation: GDPoints are earned automatically for every eligible Bet placed by Account Holders online. Points are credited immediately upon confirmation of the Bet.
- Offline Accumulation: Participants placing Bets offline must ensure their lottery ticket is a Member Ticket by providing their mobile number at the time of purchase. Points will be automatically credited for eligible Member Tickets.

Managing GDPoints:
- Viewing Points: Account Holders can log into their accounts via the Betting Website or GDPoints Website to view their points balance, including total accumulated, redeemed, and available points.

Transaction History: A detailed history of points earned and redeemed is available, showing:
- Date of transaction
- Description of the transaction (e.g., points earned from specific bets or redeemed for rewards)
- Points added or deducted
- Remaining points balance

Redeeming Points:

Participants can redeem GDPoints for rewards listed on the Betting Website. Redemption is completed online, and rewards are subject to availability and specific terms.

Point Expiration:

GDPoints are valid for 550 days from the date earned. Unused points will be forfeited after this period.

Redemption Restrictions:

GDPoints cannot be redeemed for cash and may only be used for eligible rewards listed on the Betting Website. Terms and conditions for specific rewards may apply.

Fraud Prevention:

The Company reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities related to GDPoints. Accounts involved in fraudulent activities may have their points forfeited.

System Maintenance:
- During system maintenance or updates, point balances and transactions may not be immediately reflected.

Payment of Winnings

Prize Credit:

Prizes for Bets placed through the Account Betting System will be credited directly to the Account Holder's Account, in accordance with the Account Opening and Operating Terms and Conditions, as may be updated by the Company from time to time.

Prize Deposit:

All prizes payable for Winning Bets will be deposited into the Account Holder's Account.

Uncredited Prizes:
-
If prize money is not credited to the Account Holder’s Account within five (5) working days from the Relevant Draw date, the Account Holder must notify the Company no later than one hundred and eighty (180) days after the Relevant Draw date.
- Failure to notify the Company within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
- In the case of any dispute regarding uncredited prizes, the Account Holder may contact the Company. The Company’s decision on the matter shall be final and binding.

Erroneous Payments:
- If prize payments are erroneously credited to the Account Holder's Account, the Company reserves the right to recover such amounts at any time.

Remote Betting Withdrawal and Payment Dispute Resolution
For disputes related to withdrawals, payments, and the placing of bets via the Account Betting System (remote betting), the following process applies, in addition to the general dispute resolution process outlined in the GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (General):

Reporting a Dispute:

Account Holders who identify issues with withdrawals (e.g., delayed or failed withdrawals) or payments (e.g., failed deposits, incorrect deductions) must report them to the Company via official customer service channels, such as:
- Phone
- Email
- Live chat available on the Betting Website or mobile application.

Time Frame for Reporting:
- Disputes related to withdrawals or payments must be reported within 24 hours after the transaction. Disputes raised outside of this time frame may not be considered.
- Disputes related to withdrawals or payments must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction.

Disputes reported after this timeframe may not be considered.

Review Process:

Upon receiving a dispute, the Company will:
- Review transaction records within the Account Betting System to verify the validity of the claim.
- Investigate any issues such as failed payments, incorrect deductions, or missing withdrawals.

Resolution and Outcome:

If the dispute is determined to be valid, the Company will take corrective measures, such as:
- Refunding incorrect deductions.
- Processing the pending withdrawal.
- Adjusting or correcting the bet.

The Company’s decision on the resolution will be final and binding.

Technical and Payment Processor Issues:

The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by:
- Technical issues or website downtime.
- Third-party payment processors (e.g., banks or mobile payment providers).
- However, the Company will collaborate with the relevant payment providers to resolve such issues where possible.
