GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (Outlet and Kiosk Betting)
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the operation of the GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, and 5/70 lottery games ("Game"), conducted under the Grand Dragon Lottery ("GDLotto") brand. The Game is operated by Redstar Lotus Nigeria Limited ("Company"), a licensed lottery operator.
The Company's registered office is located at: No. 56, Toyin Street, Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Redstar Lotus Nigeria Limited operates under a license issued by the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority ("LSLGA"), authorizing both retail and online lottery operations.
The following rules are established by Redstar Lotus Nigeria Limited for the Games:

General
- These GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (Outlet and Kiosk Betting) apply to Participants who place Bets at an Outlet, including at our Authorized Agent Kiosks. These Participants are also subject to the GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (General), whose definitions are applicable to these GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (Outlet and Kiosk Betting).
- For the avoidance of doubt, and notwithstanding anything in the GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (General) to the contrary, the Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, reject (whether wholly or partially) any Bets placed or any requests made for purchases of Tickets.
- Stake Amounts and Permitted Bets: Details on the stake amounts and the combinations of bets that Participants can place are outlined in the GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (General). The same stake structure applies to bets placed at Outlets and Kiosks.
- Winning Combinations and Payout Structure: The payout structure, including the calculation of prizes for winning combinations, is explained in the GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (General). These payout terms apply equally to the GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (Outlet and Kiosk Betting).
- Draw Times and Frequency: The daily draw times and frequency for the 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Games are specified in the GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (General), which also apply to Participants placing bets at Outlets and Kiosks. Draws are conducted as per the schedule outlined in the General Rules.
- Error Handling and Technical Issues: The GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (General) contain provisions for managing errors or technical issues during the draw or ticketing process. These provisions are applicable to both online and Outlet/Kiosk Participants.

Purchasing Tickets

To purchase a Ticket at an Outlet or Kiosk, the Participant must:
- Submit a duly completed Bet Slip (physical or digital) to the Company, an Authorised Agent, or a Terminal, or instruct the Company, an Authorised Agent, or a Terminal to generate a combination or combinations on their behalf;
- Pays the requisite stake for the Relevant Draw; and
- Receives a Ticket valid for the Relevant Draw.
- A Bet Slip serves as an order slip only and is not a Ticket. It cannot be used for claiming a Prize under any circumstances.

At the Outlet or Kiosk, a Ticket will be printed by the Terminal for the Participant, recording:
- The combination or combinations selected by or for the Participant, based on the details in the submitted Bet Slip;
- The Relevant Draw date(s) and the Relevant Draw number(s);
- The Stake for each selected combination under all GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Games as indicated on the Participant's submitted Bet Slip;
- The Participant’s mobile number (referred to as the reward number), making the Ticket a Member Ticket;
- The qualified jackpot(s) status and the printed jackpot(s) numbers for the Relevant Draw date(s) and Relevant Draw number(s);
- The branch, Outlet, Kiosk, or Authorised Agent registration number; and
- The identification number, bar code, and QR code for that Ticket.
- If some or all Bets selected by the Participant are unavailable or sold out, the Company may offer alternative available Bets or limits to the Participant for selection.
- Participants in the GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Games must carefully review the details on their Bet Slips before confirming their Bets. Once a Bet is confirmed and accepted, the Company reserves the right to deny cancellation requests. Furthermore, the Company is not liable for errors, discrepancies, or inaccuracies in any Ticket that are not reported immediately upon issuance.

Claim for Payment of Prize

Any Prize payable by the Company in respect of a Winning Ticket may be claimed by presenting the Winning Ticket during normal business hours:
- At the Company's Registered Office located at 56, Toyin Street, Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria;
- At any Outlet, Kiosk, or Authorized Agent location for payment of amounts within the limits set by the Company; or
- To an Authorized Agent specifically designated by the Company to process Prize payments, subject to the Prize amount being within the Company’s prescribed limits for such payments.

The Company may require the Claimant to provide acceptable identification, such as an identity card or other proof of identity. For Prizes exceeding the limits set by the Company, the Claimant must:
- Present the Winning Ticket in person at the Company’s Registered Office, and/or
- Submit a completed claim form, which is available from the Company.
- Claims for Member Tickets must meet all conditions specified in Rule 4.5, while claims for Copy Tickets must meet all conditions specified in Rule 4.6.
- Prizes can only be claimed upon the physical presentation of the Winning Ticket.
- No Prize will be paid unless the Winning Ticket satisfies all conditions specified in Rule 4.1.
- Prizes not claimed within ninety (90) days from the Relevant Draw date will be forfeited.
- The Company adheres to the policy of paying Prizes to the bearer of a Winning Ticket. Tickets are bearer instruments, and the Company is not obliged to verify whether the bearer is the rightful owner of the Winning Ticket. The Company’s decision on ownership of Winning Tickets shall be final and conclusive.
- The Company, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any disputes or claims regarding Prize payments made to the bearer of a Winning Ticket.
- Valid Ticket Requirements

In order to qualify for payment of any Prize under these GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (Outlet and Kiosk Betting), a Winning Ticket must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- The Ticket must be issued by the Company or its Authorized Agent through a Terminal.
- All particulars of the Ticket (including the selected combination(s) and draw number(s)) must be recorded in the Company’s computer system before the close of sales for the Relevant Draw and must match the Company’s computer records exactly.
- The Ticket must be intact and free from any tears, mutilations, defacements, or disfigurements.
- The Ticket must be printed on the Company’s official counterfeit-resistant paper, featuring a watermark or hologram for authentication.
- The Ticket must not be altered or tampered with in any way.
- The Ticket must not be recorded as cancelled in the Company’s computer system.
- The Ticket must pass all security checks conducted by the Company.
- The Company must not have previously paid a Prize for that Ticket based on identical particulars as recorded in the Company’s computer system.
- The Ticket must have a unique serial number that can be verified in the Company’s database.
- The Ticket must have a timestamp indicating the exact time of issuance.
- The Ticket must include the Authorized Agent’s stamp to confirm its issuance by an official source.
- The Ticket must have a barcode or QR code that can be scanned to verify its authenticity and details.
- The Ticket must include a hidden security code revealed by scratching off a designated panel.
- There must be no breaches of any provisions of these GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (Outlet and Kiosk Betting) or the GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (General), which, in the Company’s opinion, would justify disqualification.
- If the particulars on the Winning Ticket differ from the Company’s computer records, the computer records will be considered correct, and the Claimant is bound by these records.
- The Company’s decision on whether a Ticket meets all the conditions in Rule 4.1 is final and binding. Similarly, any decision made under Rule 4.2 will also be final for the person presenting the Ticket for payment.
- If a Ticket meets all conditions in Rule 4.1 except for Rule 4.1(c), the Company may consider the claim, and its decision on payment will be final and binding. This does not affect the generality of Rule 4.3.
- For Member Tickets incorporating the Participant’s mobile number, the Company will perform further verification using an SMS password (or SMS OTP) to confirm the rightful holder before making any payment.
- For Copy Tickets, the Company will verify the Ticket against its computer records and ensure it is signed by the Company’s administrator or the Authorized Agent, with the word “COPY” clearly printed on it. Additionally, the Company will verify the signature on the Copy Ticket matches the record of the agent’s signature before making any payment.
- This Rule 4 does not limit or exclude other conditions in these GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (Outlet and Kiosk Betting) and the GDLotto 5/90, 5/80, 5/70 Game Rules (General) that must be satisfied before a Prize claim is payable.
- Payment of Prize
- Payment of Prizes for any draw shall be made on such days and in such manner as decided by the Company from time to time. The Company reserves the right to notify Participants of any changes to payment schedules or methods through official communication channels.
- The payment of any Prize won by a Ticket or Bet to the person presenting that Ticket, including Member Tickets and Copy Tickets, shall constitute a complete discharge of the Company's liability in respect of that Ticket. The Company is not obligated to verify the rightful ownership of the Ticket beyond the conditions stated in these Rules.
