General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Introduction
1. These terms and conditions (the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale") govern all bets and wagers placed with Redstar Lotus Nigeria Limited (the "Company") and related services through:
  1. Website: The Company's website at https://www.gdlotto.ng and all web pages within the domain (singularly and collectively known as the "Website").
  2. Mobile App: Any mobile and other electronic applications released by or on behalf of the Company ("Mobile App").
  3. Branches and Outlets: Any of the Company's branches and outlets.
  4. Authorised Agents: Retailers authorised in writing by the Company to assist in its operations, or employees/staff members engaged by the Company to sell entries, bets, and other games as authorised by the Company.
  5. Other Means: Any other means of retail sales made available by the Company from time to time.
2. These Terms and Conditions of Sale should be read in conjunction with the Company's Website and Mobile App Terms and Conditions, as well as the respective game rules. In the event of a conflict, the respective game rules, followed by the Website and Mobile App Terms and Conditions, shall take precedence over these Terms and Conditions of Sale, in this order of priority.
3. By accessing the website, mobile app, entering the premises of the Company's branches and outlets, or Authorized Agent’s kiosk outlets, and/or placing bets or wagers with the company, you fully accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale without reservation.
4. The Company reserves the right to refuse your request to place bets or wagers with the Company without giving any reason.

The Company shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, injury, or loss sustained by you or any other party in connection with your use of third-party suppliers and service providers, except where it is unlawful to exclude such liability under applicable law.

All other documents, whether signed or unsigned, that are inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall have no effect unless otherwise provided for in these Terms and Conditions of Sale, or unless this clause is specifically waived by the Company in writing.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters and disputes arising under or in relation to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
