By Entering Games, You acknowledge that no representation has been made by Us that We shall be responsible for or have any liability whatsoever for any claim from a Syndicate Member. For clarity, Redstar Lotus Nigeria Limited will only be liable for any valid claim made by the registered holder of the Account with the winning Entry.
Where a Participant enters Games with the intent of sharing a Prize with Syndicate Members, the Participant is:
- Deemed to be the Participant for the purposes of the Rules; and
- Not acting as Our agent for that purpose, and We shall not be:
- Liable for the payment of any Prize to any Syndicate Member other than a Prize emanating from a winning Entry payable only to the registered holder of the Account with such winning Entry;
- Bound by any agreement between the registered holder of the Account and any Syndicate Member.
