These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the GDLotto Direct Bundle Jackpot game ("Game") operated under the lottery brand of Grand Dragon Lottery ("GDLotto"), owned by Redstar Lotus Nigeria Limited ("Company"). The Company's office is located at No. 56, Toyin Street, Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria. Redstar Lotus Nigeria Limited is a licensed lottery operator by the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority ("LSLGA") to operate both retail and online lottery business.

  1. Introduction

    Welcome to GDLotto’s Direct Bundle Jackpot Game. The game is called the "Direct Bundle Jackpot" because it “bundles” all three games—5/70, 5/90, and 5/80—into a single play session.

    By participating in this Game, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  2. Eligibility
    1. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
    2. The Game is open to residents of Nigeria only.
    3. Employees of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  3. How to Participate
    1. To qualify for the Direct Bundle Jackpot, players must participate in all three in-house game draws (5/70, 5/80, and 5/90) in the same draw session.
    2. Each game is fixed at 100 Naira, making the total investment 300 Naira for all three games.
    3. Players must use the same type of gameplay (either Direct 2 or Direct 3) for all three games. For example, players cannot choose Direct 2 for 5/70 and Direct 3 for 5/80 in the same session.
    4. The game is called the "Direct Bundle Jackpot" because it bundles all three games—5/70, 5/90, and 5/80—into a single play session. To participate, you must play all three games together in the same draw session, making your chances of winning more dynamic as you need to form at least one jackpot connection between these games to win the Jackpot.
  4. Draw Sequence
    1. The draw sequence is as follows: 5/70, 5/90, and 5/80.
    2. The first draw will be 5/70, followed by 5/90, and the final draw will be 5/80. To form a Jackpot Connection, you must win the middle draw of 5/90 to establish the winning connection of either 5/70 and 5/90 or 5/90 and 5/80. Given this draw sequence, winning the 5/90 game is essential; without a win in 5/90, it is impossible to form any Jackpot Connection.
    3. This Game is applicable exclusively to the three in-house games of 5/70, 5/90, and 5/80 operated by the Company.
  5. Supported Gameplay
    1. Direct 2 Play: Players choose 2 balls and match them against the 5 balls drawn in the result.
    2. Direct 3 Play: Players choose 3 balls and match them against the 5 balls drawn in the result.
    3. Applicability: While there are various gameplay options available for the three in-house games (5/70, 5/90, and 5/80), only the Direct 2 Play and Direct 3 Play options are eligible for participation in this Jackpot game.
  6. Winning Criteria

      • Jackpot Connection: A connection formed when a player meets the winning criteria in the designated draws, qualifying them for various jackpot types.
      • Each draw is fixed at ₦100 per game.
      • Total investment per ticket is ₦300 for three games.
    2. Direct 2 Play:
      1. Win on 5/70 and 5/90, or win on 5/80 and 5/90 to form one (1) Jackpot Connection and win the Small Bonus Jackpot (5% of the Jackpot Pool).
        • Example: If the Jackpot Pool is 50 million Naira, the Small Bonus Jackpot would be 2.5 million Naira (5% of 50 million). The player also receives the standard winnings from the 2 games of Direct 2.
        • Total win example: If the player wins the Small Bonus Jackpot and receives 14,000 Naira from 5/70 and 25,000 Naira from 5/90, the total win would be 2,514,000 Naira.
      2. Win all games on 5/70, 5/90, and 5/80 to form two (2) Jackpot Connections and win the Super Jackpot (20% of the Jackpot Pool).
        • Example: If the Jackpot Pool is 50 million Naira, the Super Jackpot would be 10 million Naira (20% of 50 million). The player also receives the standard winnings from the 3 games of Direct 2.
        • Total win example: If the player wins the Super Jackpot and receives 14,000 Naira from 5/70, 25,000 Naira from 5/90, and 18,000 Naira from 5/80, the total win would be 10,057,000 Naira.
    3. Direct 3 Play:
      1. Win on 5/70 and 5/90, or win on 5/80 and 5/90 to form one (1) Jackpot Connection and win the Big Bonus Jackpot (10% of the Jackpot Pool).
        • Example: If the Jackpot Pool is 50 million Naira, the Big Bonus Jackpot would be 5 million Naira (10% of 50 million). The player also receives the standard winnings from the 2 games of Direct 3.
        • Total win example: If the player wins the Big Bonus Jackpot and receives 130,000 Naira from 5/70 and 220,000 Naira from 5/90, the total win would be 5,350,000 Naira.
      2. Win all games on 5/70, 5/90, and 5/80 to form two (2) Jackpot Connections and win the Grand Jackpot (30% of the Jackpot Pool). The two (2) winning connections are established from the first connection between 5/70 and 5/90, and the second connection between 5/90 and 5/80.
        • Example: If the Jackpot Pool is 50 million Naira, the Grand Jackpot would be 15 million Naira (30% of 50 million). The player also receives the standard winnings from the 3 games of Direct 3.
        • Total win example: If the player wins the Grand Jackpot and receives 130,000 Naira from 5/70, 220,000 Naira from 5/90, and 180,000 Naira from 5/80, the total win would be 15,730,000 Naira.
    4. Regardless of whether any Jackpot Connections are formed, standard payouts for Direct 2 and Direct 3 will apply. Players can win both the Jackpot and the standard winnings for their Direct 2 or Direct 3 game.
    5. Double Your Winnings! If you win a jackpot, you will still receive the standard payout for the games played. This means you can enjoy both the excitement of winning the jackpot and the guaranteed standard winnings!

  7. Jackpot Pool
    1. The Jackpot Pool will commence with an initial amount of 50 million Naira.
    2. If the Jackpot Pool falls below 15 million Naira, the Company will replenish it to 50 million Naira.
    3. Contributions to the Jackpot Pool will be derived from the net sales and profits generated from the three supported games (5/70, 5/90, and 5/80). The Company reserves the right to determine the contribution method periodically, following the closure of these three draws.
    4. The Jackpot Pool will be distributed in accordance with the winning criteria outlined above.
  8. Free Qualification
    1. Players qualify for the jackpot for free when they play all three games at once.
  9. Payouts
    1. For online players, winnings are transferred immediately after the draw to your account wallet. For retail players, you can claim your winnings by visiting our office, branches, or any of our authorized agent centres with your ticket.
    2. For larger prizes (over 1 million Naira), you may need to visit the Company's office for further verification.
  10. Claiming Winnings
    1. Online Players: Winnings will be automatically transferred to your account wallet. You will receive a notification via email or SMS once the transfer is complete.
    2. Retail Players: If you purchased your ticket at our office, branches, outlets, or authorized agent kiosks, you can present your winning ticket at any of these locations to claim your prize. Ensure you bring a valid ID and the original ticket.
    3. Winnings Above 1 Million Naira: For winnings above 1 million Naira, you need to visit our office for further verification and to claim your prize. Please bring a valid ID, the original winning ticket, and any additional documents requested by our team.
    4. Verification Process:
      1. Ticket Verification: The authenticity of the winning ticket will be checked against our records.
      2. Identity Verification: Winners must provide a valid ID (e.g., national ID card, passport, or driver's license) to confirm their identity.
      3. Additional Documentation: For larger prizes, additional documents such as proof of address or bank details may be required.
      4. Compliance Check: Ensuring that the winner complies with all terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria.
      5. Fraud Prevention: Any suspicious activity will be investigated, and winnings may be withheld pending further verification.
    5. Claim Period: Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and returned to the Jackpot Pool.
    6. Taxation: All winnings are subject to applicable taxes as per Nigerian law. It is the responsibility of the winner to comply with tax regulations.
  11. Fair Play and Security
    1. The Company ensures fair play and transparency. Random number generators (RNGs) are used to ensure unbiased results.
    2. Robust security measures are in place to protect player data and prevent cheating.
  12. Liability
    1. The Company is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or errors that may occur during gameplay. Participants agree to release the Company from any liability arising from participation in the game.
  13. Postponement of Payments
    1. The Company reserves the right to postpone the payment of winnings by suspending the winning ticket or the user account if any suspicious activity is detected. Further verification may be required.
  14. One Prize Per Ticket
    1. Each ticket is only qualified to win one jackpot prize, whichever is higher.
    2. If there are multiple jackpot winners within the same prize, the prize is typically shared equally among them. This means each winner receives an equal portion of the total jackpot amount.
  15. Prize Distribution Details
    1. In the event of multiple jackpot winners, the total jackpot prize will be divided equally among all winning participants.
    2. Each winner will receive an equal share of the total jackpot amount.
    3. The distribution will be calculated by dividing the total jackpot amount by the number of winners.
    4. For example, if the total jackpot is 50 million Naira and there are 5 winners, each winner will receive 10 million Naira.
    5. All winners, including both online and retail winners, will be notified via registered email, SMS, and/or phone, and the prize amount will be credited to their accounts within 90 days of the draw. For bearer ticket winners, there will be no notification from the Company.
    6. Prize Transfer for online winning ticket: The prize amount will be transferred to the winner's account wallet. For larger prizes, winners may choose to receive the prize via bank transfer or cheque.
    7. Public Announcement: Winners may be announced publicly on our website and social media platforms, subject to the winner's consent.
  16. Responsible Gaming
    1. Commitment to Responsible Gaming:
      1. The Company is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that the Game remains a fun and enjoyable experience for all participants.
    2. Self-Exclusion:

      1. The Company monitors gaming activities for signs of problematic behavior. If any such behavior is detected, the Company may intervene by contacting the participant, offering support, and providing information on responsible gaming.

  17. Dispute Resolution
    1. Initial Resolution:
      1. Any disputes or complaints regarding the Game should first be directed to the Company's customer service team. Participants can contact customer service via email at [email protected].
    2. Mediation:
      1. If the dispute cannot be resolved through initial resolution, the Company and the participant agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation. Mediation will be conducted by a neutral third-party mediator agreed upon by both parties. The costs of mediation will be shared equally by both parties.
    3. Arbitration:
      1. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the matter will be referred to binding arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Lagos State Arbitration Law. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties. The costs of arbitration will be borne by the losing party, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
    4. Jurisdiction:
      1. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State, Nigeria.
    5. Exclusion of Class Actions:
      1. Participants agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any form of class or collective action.
  18. Amendments
    1. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants.
